 SECOND GRADE BOOK PROJECT
In May 2011, after weeks of writing and editing several drafts, seventh graders (now eighth graders) read their completed stories to their second grade partners (now third graders). In March, the seventh graders interviewed their partners and then wrote and illustrated a story based on answers from that interview.
