The world depends on three things: Torah, Prayer and Deeds of Lovingkindness.
The prevailing culture at MJDS reflects the many different dimensions and aspects of Jewish cultural life. Within our school, Jewish art is displayed on the walls, and Jewish values are posted on our bulletin boards. Jewish music is heard in the hallways, taught in music class and performed by our choir. Students and teachers speak modern Hebrew, and Hebrew writing is visible throughout the building. MJDS students are Jewish 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year – in Hebrew class, gym class, science class and everywhere they go. Jewish values are integrated into every facet of school life.
