Endowed funds provide important security for an independent school – now and in the future. The more dependable and predictable the sources of income, the greater the stability and flexibility of the school. Endowed funds are created specifically to sustain an institution and its mission in perpetuity. We are sincerely appreciative of the visionary leaders, gifted educators, and dedicated families whose gifts have ensured that Milwaukee Jewish Day School will continue to change the lives of Jewish students now and in the future.

Endowments
Endowment gifts are a wonderful way to provide MJDS with permanent financial support that can be utilized year after year.

New endowment funds may be created beginning with a $50,000 gift or more and can be directed to support an area or purpose that is meaningful to you. In addition, these funds may be named in honor or memory of an individual.

Endowed funds ensure that MJDS is able to maintain long-term financial stability, provide affordable tuition to all our students, and continue to attract outstanding faculty and staff.

Special Use Funds
Special use funds are another meaningful way to support MJDS.

These funds, which can be made at any gift level, may be designated to support an area of interest or need at the school. Unlike endowments, special use funds are created with short term goals in mind and allow MJDS to access and utilize the entirety of the funds as directed by the donor.

Make a Gift Now
MJDS is pleased to accept donations of any size to support existing endowment funds. These gifts are used to supplement the principal of an existing fund that is in keeping with the donor's priority of choice.
